Shipping:
We aim to ship all in-stock items within 2–3 working days. During busier times, please allow an extra 1–2 working days for dispatch. Thanks for your patience, we’ll always get your order on its way as quickly as possible! 📦✨ Once your order has been shipped, it is in the courier’s care for delivery. If any delivery issues arise including address changes or redirections these will need to be arranged directly with the courier.
We primarily use NZ Post courier services for our deliveries.
Credit & Debit Cards: We know online payments need to be handled securely, which is why we use Stripe, one of the world’s most trusted and secure online payment platforms.
Afterpay: Afterpay makes it easy to buy now and pay later no credit checks, no interest, no hidden fees, and no surprises. You’ll always know exactly where your money is going, giving you peace of mind while shopping.
Estimated Release Date: We work with our suppliers to give you an Estimated Release Date for pre-orders. Sometimes things change like shipping delays, supplier issues, or even cancellations can happen. We might not be able to notify everyone if a date changes, so it’s a good idea to keep an eye on your order. And of course, if you have any questions, just reach out we’re happy to help!
Order Priority: We ship orders based on when they were paid, not when they were placed on hold. If stock is limited, the oldest paid orders go out first, and any we can’t fulfil will be cancelled and refunded.
Shipping Updates: You’ll get an email as soon as your order is ready to collect or has been shipped, so you always know what’s happening with your goodies!
